Low Voltage Air-X develpoement/ thanks

Hi, my air-x is connected and conditioning my batteries at a lower voltage than specified, seems consistantly low at about 15volts in 15mph wind.
I am going to re-wind I think, does 22winds of 22AWG sound good, I think it is at like 13 windsX2 of 18AWG right now. I willl opt for a wye.. maybee with a larger wire wound less, or maybee more wire for amps and smaller wire for volts, like 20 winds of 28awg anyway a hassle I keep putting off..
Wayne-thanks for a little insight into just what the heck the big deal is with a wind powered generator, in the post about complaints, and bank accounts...
it seems as though the only noise associated with electricity these days is drones from Air Conditioners and thermostat pops /rattles from refrigeration/heating, oh yeah, and that hard drive clicking chatter...must be like the clamor of wind turbine(s)
before I learn about jabberwocky on the internet again these days , bye for now
I do need some input about rewinding this thing some-day.:grr
