Attic fan needed now

I have an attic at an office building that needs a fan now.
Would be nice to find a unit i could mount on a side wall that is extended up to the very top of roof.
Need to pull from a 50 x50 attic that has a very high roof so adding 30 percent to the SQ foot is good.
3,250 cfm plus is needed.
Thermostat needed
Florida weather.
Wall mount with louvers would be nice.

I do not see the gable version that I have on the HD website.

Lowes has one similar and the gable version. Possibly a 10 watt panel about 800 cfm.
