Advice pls on boat panel installation hardware

Hi all, a new member here. I intend installing two evergreen 210 watt panels on my wheelhouse roof, which is a bit rounded and slopes down to the rear and to the sides. I would like to know the best available hardware to do this, that would be aluminum, corrosion resistant and adjustable in height, so the panels can sit more or less level, at least at anchor. The wheelhouse roof is about 1.5-2" thick, fiberglass over plywood. I'll add some pics for clarity.

The big problem in a sailboat, is shadows from stays, masts and such. It almost demands panels wired in parallel, and using higher voltage panels that have bypass diodes in them, that will allow charging when shaded.
